🔄 Return Policy
- Return Window: You may request a return within 4 to 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
- Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene products
- Perishable goods
- Customized or made-to-order items
💸 Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid Orders: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer support at Hello.Kronoo@gmail.com or 📞 8967671809.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation will not be allowed.
- Orders once packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
❗Important Notes
- If your product is damaged or defective, please share unboxing video or photo proof while requesting the return or refund.
- Refunds are not guaranteed if the product is returned without approval or used/damaged after delivery.
- Repeated return requests from the same user may be flagged for misuse.
