Refund & Cancellation Policy

At KRONO, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear refund and cancellation process.


🔄 Return Policy

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 4 to 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or made-to-order items

💸 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer support at Hello.Kronoo@gmail.com or 📞 8967671809.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation will not be allowed.
  • Orders once packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

❗Important Notes

  • If your product is damaged or defective, please share unboxing video or photo proof while requesting the return or refund.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed if the product is returned without approval or used/damaged after delivery.
  • Repeated return requests from the same user may be flagged for misuse.
