We use reliable shipping partners like Shiprocket to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In case of unexpected delays (product out of stock, logistics issues), customers will be informed via email or phone.

📦 Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 5 to 8 business days
  • Remote or Difficult-to-Reach Locations: May take 8–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to weather, festivals, courier partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ✅ Free Shipping
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 extra per order

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

📍 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across most pin codes in India. If your location is unserviceable, our team will contact you for alternative arrangements or refund.

❗Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.
  • In case of missed deliveries, our courier partner will make 2–3 attempts. If undelivered, the order will be returned and marked as cancelled.
  • No deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays.

🚫 Damaged or Missing Products

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video.
  • We will investigate and resolve your concern at the earliest.
